Product Introduction:

This RS485 water quality ammonia nitrogen sensor is designed for online monitoring of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water bodies, and is suitable for scenarios such as sewage treatment, aquaculture, monitoring of drinking water sources, and industrial discharge control. The product adopts ion selective electrode method combined with electrode self-cleaning technology, which does not require frequent calibration and can directly output stable and accurate ammonia nitrogen values. The support of standard RS485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol enables it to quickly integrate with devices such as PLC, data acquisition instrument, industrial controller, etc., achieving low-cost and high-efficiency unmanned monitoring. The shell is made of corrosion-resistant materials with an IP68 protection level, suitable for various freshwater, sewage, and low salinity water environments.

Using ammonium ion selective electrode, no reagents need to be added, eliminating secondary pollution. Measurement range 0~1000mg/L (adjustable), accuracy up to ± 5%, response time less than 30 seconds, real-time reflection of ammonia nitrogen change trend.
2. RS485 digital output, convenient networking
Standard Modbus RTU protocol, plug and play, can directly connect to existing monitoring systems, supports multi node networking, facilitates remote data transmission, and reduces system integration costs.

Built in multi parameter compensation models for pH, temperature, potassium ions, etc. effectively eliminate cross interference and ensure the reliability and stability of measurement results under different water quality conditions.

The electrode is equipped with a replaceable sensitive membrane, paired with an automatic cleaning brush head (optional) or air cleaning function, significantly extending the maintenance cycle. Simple calibration is required for daily use, and the cost of operating consumables is low.

Fully sealed stainless steel or POM shell, corrosion-resistant and impact resistant, IP68 protection, can be immersed in aeration tanks, rivers, discharge outlets and other places for a long time.
