API 90° Long‑Radius Elbow, High‑pressure Forged Elbow For Oilfield Well Drilling

The integral joint is a component for high‑pressure fluid pipeline connections. It can effectively realize fluid diversion, confluence and fluid direction change. It is available in sizes from 2″ to 4″ with a rated working pressure of 21‑105 MPa (3000‑15000 psi). Products of various models and specifications can be supplied for ambient‑temperature, low‑temperature and sour‑gas service conditions.

The integral joints feature stable quality. Apart from the types listed below, integral joints for special applications and specifications can be customized according to user requirements.

Integral joints include: L‑type 90° elbow, long‑radius 90° elbow, T‑type joint, Y‑type joint, cross‑type joint, etc.

Design Features The blanks of integral joints are integrally forged from high‑quality alloy steel and subjected to strict heat treatment. They feature compact structure, uniform wall thickness, long service life, smooth and nice appearance, high interchangeability of connecting joints and convenient connection. Reinforcement treatment is adopted at positions with severe inner‑wall erosion such as elbows and joints where fluid direction changes, so as to extend service life.
