Product Description

The high‑pressure swivel elbow is a metal pipeline joint fitted with ball bearings. It is a commonly‑used tool for pipeline connection and sand washing during oilfield workover operations. It features flexible orientation adjustment, quick connection, reasonable structure, compact size, light weight, excellent sealing performance, high safety and reliability, and easy operation. It is available in sizes from 2" to 3", with a rated working pressure of 14‑105 MPa (2000‑15000 psi). Various models of swivel elbows and repair kits are available for ambient‑temperature, low‑temperature and sour‑gas service conditions.

Product Design Features

1. The blank of swivel elbow is bent and formed on CNC machine tools, delivering uniform wall thickness and long service life.
2. The three‑ball‑race design of the swivel elbow enables better resistance to heavy loads and radial loads. It ensures stable performance under pressure and reduces pipeline vibration when subjected to variable loads.
3. The sealing components are made of synthetic rubber and equipped with metal blow‑out preventer rings. Pressure relief holes are also designed. In case of sealing leakage, pressure will be automatically relieved to prevent pressure build‑up inside the ball race cavity, greatly improving operational safety. High machining accuracy of the multi‑seal structure guarantees the sealing performance of the swivel elbow.
4. For on‑site maintenance of the swivel elbow, only occasional lubrication is generally required to ensure normal operation.
