Overview
Cuplock Scaffolding is a robust modular system engineered for high-load applications like bridge construction, industrial maintenance, and high-rise building. Its unique cup-and-blade connection mechanism offers superior stability and faster assembly compared to traditional tube-and-coupler systems, making it ideal for projects where both speed and structural integrity are critical.
Features & Functions
- Fast Hammer-Lock Assembly: Features forged blades on horizontals that slot into fixed cups on verticals, secured by a rotating top cup. This allows for rapid, tool-light assembly of up to four components at a node, drastically cutting labor time.
- Exceptional Load-Bearing Capacity: The rigid node connection and high-strength steel construction provide excellent vertical load transfer, making it suitable for supporting heavy concrete formwork and material hoists.
- Modular Flexibility: Standard components can be configured for straight facades, circular structures, stair towers, and large-area shoring platforms with minimal need for custom parts.
- Enhanced Safety & Durability: Hot-dip galvanized finish ensures long-term corrosion resistance, while the positive mechanical lock reduces the risk of accidental disassembly on site.
Key Specifications
- Material: High-Tensile Steel Q345 (S355 equivalent)
- Standard Tube: 48.3mm OD x 3.2mm / 4.0mm Wall Thickness
- Cup Spacing: 500mm or 600mm intervals on verticals
- Load Capacity: Up to 55 kN per standard leg (config-dependent)
- Surface: Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) per ASTM A123
Competitive Advantages
- Optimal Speed-to-Strength Ratio: Delivers the assembly speed of a modular system with the load capacity approaching that of ringlock, offering better value for heavy-duty straight-line projects.
- Lower Labor Cost: Significantly faster to erect than tube-and-coupler scaffolding, reducing skilled labor requirements and project timelines.
- Proven Global Standard: Widely used in international infrastructure projects, with components that are fully interchangeable and compliant with EN 12810/12811 standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a subsidiary foreign trade company of a group company, responsible for operating export business of formwork and scaffolding products. Our group has two major production bases with over 20 years of production experience.
How can I get a quotation?
For simple projects with your own engineer, provide a bill of materials. For complex projects like apartments and residences, our consultants will develop an application plan based on your engineering drawings.
How long does it usually take to complete the plan and quotation?
Generally 5-8 days to complete specific plans and detailed quotations.
Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide samples. You will need to pay for the shipping cost.
How long is the estimated delivery time after the contract is signed?
Usually 30-60 days depending on project complexity. More accurate delivery times are provided during planning.
Is the plastic template prone to deformation?
In long-term high temperature environments, slight deformation may occur. We recommend aluminum alloy formwork or steel frame wood formwork for high temperature areas.
What are the defects of the plastic template system?
Limited load capacity for large-sized concrete structures and poor high temperature resistance with potential deformation in high-temperature areas.
What is the payment method you require?
Payments ≤1,000USD: 100% in advance. Payments ≥10,000USD: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. L/C also accepted.
