Fluid-Filled Hybrid Damping Architecture

The absorber is designed around a fluid-filled hybrid damping architecture that combines the high internal damping of an elastomer with the broadband energy dissipation of a fluid chamber. Where a rubber element alone loses effectiveness across a wide frequency span, the fluid path adds damping at frequencies the elastomer handles less well, so isolation stays strong whether the excitation is a low-frequency structural sway or a sharper machine transient.

Hybrid Fluid-Elastomer Isolation

Hybrid fluid-elastomer isolation shares the load between the vulcanised rubber body and the fluid chamber, so no single element is over-stressed.
