Welded Steel Tube Precision Cold Drawn Automotive Steel Tube is manufactured through a precise cold drawing process followed by welding. This type of steel tube is widely used in the automotive industry due to its high strength, precision, and consistent wall thickness. The tube's excellent durability and mechanical properties make it ideal for various applications in automobiles, including chassis, suspension systems, and fuel lines.

Delivery Conditions
  • BK (+C) - No heat treatment after last cold forming process
  • BKW (+LC) - After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing)
  • BKS (+SR) - After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed
  • GBK (+A) - After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere
  • NBK (+N) - After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere

After the last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing).
BKS (+SR) - Cold finished/stress relieve annealed
After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
