EN10305-2 E235 OD10 Cold Drawn Welded Steel Tube, Carbon Steel Pipe
Product Overview
High-quality steel alloys form the foundation of our cold drawn welded steel tube DOM pipes. A precise cold drawing process ensures tight tolerances and smooth seams, eliminating burrs. Ideal for automotive, industrial and construction applications, these pipes offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance and durability. The result is a reliable, leak-free solution for demanding industries.
DOM Technology Explained
DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) is a specialized tubing production process that uses a drawbench to pull tubing, allowing excellent control of the inside diameter and wall thickness. While often mistaken for seamless steel pipe, DOM tubing actually has a seam that becomes nearly invisible through the cold drawing process, which provides better dimensional tolerances, improved surface finish, and superior welding strength.
