Product Overview

The 34MnB5 welded steel tube, conforming to EN10305-2 standards, is specifically engineered for hollow stabilizer bar production. This alloy combines manganese, boron, and carbon to deliver exceptional strength, hardness, and weldability. Manufacturing Process

Hollow Stabilizer Bar Tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric resistance welded tube). During this process, sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), weld integrity, and surface finish are closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.
