Introdution

• Light Performance: PC boards offer excellent light transmittance (80–90%) while diffusing sunlight evenly. This diffused light reduces the risk of leaf scorching, ensuring uniform growth across all crops, which is particularly beneficial for seedlings and leafy greens.
• Insulation & Energy Efficiency: Multi-layer PC panels provide superior thermal insulation compared to glass, minimizing heat loss in cold weather and reducing the need for excessive heating. This lowers energy consumption and operational costs.
• Durability & Safety: PC boards are shatter-resistant, lightweight, and highly resistant to impacts (e.g., hail, wind) and UV radiation, extending the greenhouse’s lifespan. Their lightweight nature also reduces structural stress, making the design easier to expand or modify.
• Cost-Effectiveness: Generally more affordable than glass in both material and installation costs, making it a practical choice for small to medium-scale operations or regions with harsh weather condition.

Support systems

The external shading system is controlled by a motor, which can automatically adjust the shading net according to the light intensity, protect the crops from strong sunlight damage, and reduce the temperature in the greenhouse.

The internal shading system is used to adjust the light intensity, while the insulation system maintains the temperature in the greenhouse at night or in cold seasons to reduce heat loss.

The fan wet curtain system reduces the temperature in the greenhouse through the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption, which is suitable for cooling in high temperature seasons.

The heating system includes various heating equipment to ensure that the appropriate growth temperature is maintained in cold seasons or at night.
