Production Workflow
Loading Area → Brush Dust Removal → Spray Gun Dust Removal → Automatic Pressing → Brush Dust Removal → Electrostatic Dust Removal 1 → Flame Treatment → Electrostatic Dust Removal 2 → PP Water → Primer Spraying 1 → Primer Spraying 2 (Optional) → Primer Leveling → IR Preheating → UV Curing → Transfer to PVD Machine → PVD Aluminum Film Coating → Transfer Back to UV Line → Electrostatic Dust Removal 3 → Midcoat Spraying (Optional) → Topcoat Spraying → IR Preheating → UV Curing → Unloading → Quality Inspection → Packaging
