3318C UV Curing 3D Composite Board Transfer Printing Adhesive is a light yellow transparent UV adhesive for 3D composite board transfer printing. It offers good heat resistance, excellent stretchability (hot stretching up to 200%) and good plating performance. The cured layer stays highly transparent with anti-yellowing properties, and delivers excellent resistance to aging, high temperature and humidity, and high-low temperature cycling.

Operation Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the composite board to remove oil, dust and contaminants.
2. Coating: apply the UV transfer adhesive evenly to the film or mold surface.
3. 3D forming: thermoform or hot-stretch the coated film (stretching up to 200%) onto the 3D workpiece.
4. UV curing: expose to UV light at 800 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
5. Plating: apply the metallization / plating process on the cured surface as required.
6. Inspection: verify a uniform, transparent transfer with no bubbles or whitening.
