A1: Low-level ozone (≤0.5 ppm) for short exposure does not cause off-taste. For high-fat products, we recommend turning off the ozone function and using only UV-C. Our unit allows independent ozone on/off control.

A2: Lower lamps are protected by a sloped quartz glass shield with compressed air purge. Daily end-of-shift wiping is sufficient. For wet/sticky products, a self-cleaning belt brush can be customized.
