This 41×82 double spliced C strut is a heavy-duty cold-formed lightweight steel structural profile with multi-selectable regular anti-rust surface treatments. The overall assembled cross size is 41mm height × 82mm total width, assembled by two pieces of standard 41×41 single C channels side by side. It features high bearing capacity, stable anti-corrosion performance and modular quick assembly, widely used in large photovoltaic support frames, heavy-load cable tray hangers, heavy seismic support hangers and building curtain wall main supports. It is a cost-effective heavy-duty lightweight load-bearing component for all kinds of construction projects.
It is manufactured from premium Q235B low-carbon steel via continuous cold bending forming lines with high forming precision. Cross-section tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, and straightness is less than or equal to 1.5mm per meter. The double-spliced composite structure greatly improves overall section rigidity, with excellent bending, torsion and shear resistance. It can stably bear heavy concentrated loads and meet heavy load support demands of large engineering projects.
Complete specifications are available: conventional single channel wall thickness: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm; customizable thickness range from 1.0mm to 3.0mm. Standard factory lengths are 3m and 6m, and custom cut lengths from 1m to 12m are acceptable according to project drawings. Each single C channel is pre-punched with standard 14×28mm elongated slotted holes with adjustable hole spacing. Matched with special splicing connectors and fasteners, the double combined channel realizes fast bolt assembly without on-site welding, greatly shortening construction periods and cutting labor costs.
