20ｘ10 High Strength Cold Formed C Channel for Steel Structure and Building Construction

Product Description:

This C-channel is the core profile for building mechanical and electrical support systems. Made of high-quality hot-rolled steel strip through cold forming, it features a uniform and dense hot-dip galvanized coating (over 85μm thick) for excellent rust and corrosion resistance. It performs stably in humid, acidic, or alkaline environments, with a much longer service life than ordinary steel.
The one-piece cold-formed process ensures high section strength and strong bending resistance, effectively dispersing the load of pipes, cable trays, and equipment to prevent deformation or fracture caused by single-point stress. Standard elongated holes on the surface allow quick installation without on-site drilling, compatible with spring nuts, bases, and connectors to greatly improve construction efficiency.
