UMEI Digital Anterior Aesthetic Restoration Workflow
UMEI’s digital anterior aesthetic restoration workflow delivers a precise, predictable path to a natural, harmonious smile.
The process starts with high-precision intraoral scanning to capture the patient’s existing dental anatomy, followed by the creation of a diagnostic wax-up (top) – a golden prototype that meticulously defines the ideal tooth shape, length, and aesthetic alignment. This virtual wax-up serves as a clear blueprint, allowing clinicians and patients to preview the final smile and refine details such as incisal edge contour and gingival margin position before fabrication.
Once the design is approved, the definitive ceramic restorations (middle) are milled to exact specifications, ensuring micron-level marginal fit and seamless integration with the surrounding dentition. The final restorations are expertly shaded and polished to replicate the translucency and luster of natural teeth, and when placed in full occlusion (bottom), they achieve perfect functional and aesthetic balance.
This end-to-end digital approach minimizes invasive tooth preparation, reduces chairside time, and guarantees a consistent, lifelike result that restores both confidence and oral function.
