The HC01/6AP is a dual-sensitive bimetallic motor overload protector designed for AC/DC applications, combining current and ambient temperature detection to prevent motor overheating. This compact thermal switch provides precise tripping (4-10s) with customizable current (1-45A) and temperature settings (30-180℃±5℃), ensuring reliable protection for automotive systems (sunroofs, wipers, sliding doors), home appliances (washing machines, vacuum cleaners), and industrial equipment. Fully compliant with RoHS environmental requirements, it offers a direct replacement for Sensata/Klixon series with enhanced durability (30,000+ cycles) and snap-action bimetal technology.
