HC02 High Precision Motor Overload Protector 1-30A 60-180°C Thermal Cutoff Switch RoHS/UL Certified for HVAC Blower Motor


HC02 series thermal overload relays deliver dual-protection through temperature-sensitive bimetal snap action and current-responsive mechanisms.
Engineered for demanding applications including:
*Automotive: Power window motors, sunroof drives, windshield wiper systems
* HVAC: Blower motors, compressor units, ventilation fans
*Industrial: Conveyor belt motors, pump drives, automation equipment

Product feature:

  • Dual Sensing Technology
    Bimetal and heating wire work in tandem to simultaneously monitor temperature rise and current anomalies
  • Rapid Trip Mechanism
    Patented quick trip mechanism responds to blocking currents in 4-10 seconds, preventing overheating and damage to motor windings.
  • Application-specific customizations
    - Automotive: Vibration proof design, heat and humidity tested to 85°C/85%RH.
    - Industrial: Optional dustproof enclosure and remote reset capability
    - Specialized temperature calibration: Supports extreme environments from -40°C to 220°C.
