HC02 Series Motor Thermal Protector Thermal Cutout Switch Replacement for Otter DC 12V-30V for Automotive Motors


The HC02 series is a precision-engineered bimetal thermal protector designed to safeguard motors and transformers from overheating,
overload, and short-circuit failures. Certified to RoHS standards, this high-temperature-resistant protector combines dual-sensitivity
(temperature & current) for reliable protection in automotive, industrial, and HVAC applications. Compatible with wiper motors, sunroof actuators,
sliding door motors, and more, it offers customizable trip currents (1-30A) and terminals to meet OEM requirements. Engineered to replace OTTER
switches, the HC02 ensures a fast trip response (4-10 seconds) and extended service life under 250V AC/30V DC conditions.
