ASTM A335 Alloy Steel Seamless P22 HFW Finned Tubes for Petrochemical Industrial Furnace

HFW (High-Frequency Welded) denotes the advanced welding process used to bond fins tightly to the base tube, ensuring superior structural integrity and thermal conductivity. These finned tubes are designed to maximize heat transfer efficiency in harsh petrochemical environments involving high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive flue gases. High-frequency welding creates a uniform, high-strength weld seam that resists vibration, thermal expansion, and contraction in cyclic heating/cooling furnace conditions. The fins are not prone to loosening or detachment, ensuring reliable operation over a service life of 10–15 years under standard maintenance.

P22 HFW finned tubes are high-performance heat transfer components designed specifically for furnaces in the petrochemical industry, including batch furnaces, reformers, and hydrogenation furnaces. P22 refers to low-alloy steel conforming to ASTM A335 standards, which has extremely high strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance.So, it's a ideal option for long-term operation in petrochemical furnace radiant and convection sections without deformation or failure.P22 steel forms a dense oxide film on its surface at high temperatures, effectively resisting the oxidation of flue gas.
