ASTM A106 Gr.B Tube With Cu-T2 Fin with Embedded Fin Tube G-Type
Inlay fin tubes, also known as G-fin tubes, are manufactured by mechanically wrapping fin material around a base tube. Their key feature is that the fin legs are embedded into the base tube surface under tension, forming a tight mechanical and metallurgical bond without the need for any filler material.
The combination of a sturdy carbon steel base tube and highly thermally conductive copper fins provides a unique balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent heat transfer performance.
