The HJ2020 Automatic Seam Welding Machine with Electric Mobile Welding Manipulator represents more than just conventional support equipment—it's a comprehensive automated welding solution specifically engineered for TIG welding applications. This system not only ensures precise welding torch movement but seamlessly integrates automation with process flexibility, significantly enhancing productivity.

TIG-Optimized Design with Multi-Process Compatibility: Engineered specifically for stable TIG welding that produces aesthetically superior welds. Also compatible with conventional gas shielded welding, submerged arc welding, and other processes to accommodate diverse working conditions.
Extended 2m Boom for Enhanced Coverage: Features an effective travel range of 2m × 2m (vertical/horizontal). Constructed from high-strength rectangular steel tubing with vibration aging stress relief treatment for exceptional rigidity and minimal deformation.
Electric Movement with Precision Rail System: Standard configuration includes high-precision V-shaped or rectangular guide rails. Combined with mobile trolley system, it achieves smooth stepless electric speed control for long-distance movement along workshop rails, enabling straight seam welding of extra-long workpieces without repeated positioning adjustments.
Three-in-One Linkage for Compact Welding Workstation: Pre-installed integrated interface allows quick connection to welding roller frames (for circumferential welding of cylindrical bodies) or welding positioners (for complex angle welding). Enables automated operation where "the welding torch remains stationary while the workpiece moves, and vice versa."
