1. Material Preparation: Genuine S355J2+N steel plate / high-quality pig iron for castings; no recycled scrap materials used.
2. Welding / Casting: High-temperature stress-relief annealing (a critical step often skipped by manufacturers to cut costs).
3. CNC gantry milling: Integral milling of the work surface and the four side datum faces.
4. CNC boring: Unified machining of all Φ28 system holes; single-setup processing ensures perpendicularity.
5. CMM inspection: Sampling checks for flatness, hole spacing, and perpendicularity; inspection report issued.
6. Plasma nitriding heat treatment (black oxide finish available as an option).
7. Deburring, laser engraving of metric scales, and final full-dimension re-inspection.
