Ready for immediate use upon unpacking, it is suitable for welding, assembly, and inspection of small to medium-sized metal components.

Materials and craftsmanship

1. Core Materials
Tabletop: Made of A36 low-carbon steel (standard version) or Q355 high-strength alloy steel (thickened version), offering good toughness and impact resistance, able to withstand high welding temperatures and workpiece impacts without easily deforming.
Frame: Made of the same material as the tabletop, ensuring overall structural strength and preventing uneven stress due to material differences.

2. Key Processes
Fully Welded Construction: The tabletop and frame are connected using a full welding process, resulting in smooth and strong welds with no risk of weak or loose connections, ensuring long-term stability.
Surface Protection: The surface is first treated with shot blasting/sandblasting to remove the oxide layer, and then coated with industrial-grade anti-rust paint. Available colors include matte gray and dark blue. It is wear-resistant, resistant to welding slag, and less prone to rusting in humid environments.

Dual core functionality

1. Processing Function
It can be used directly as a welding table or cutting auxiliary table. The tabletop is resistant to welding slag burning and workpiece impact, making it suitable for welding, forming, and grinding of small and medium-sized metal parts (such as agricultural machinery parts, hardware frames, and shelf brackets).

2. Positioning Function
With general-purpose accessories such as quick clamps, positioning blocks, and magnetic fixtures, it can achieve precise positioning and clamping of workpieces, preventing displacement during welding and improving processing accuracy. Dimensional inspection can also be performed directly on the table after welding, reducing errors in the process flow.
