Our D16 16mm Hole High Precision Welding Table for Metal Fabrication is a professional 3D modular flexible jig base specially engineered for sheet metal and light steel processing. Equipped with standard Φ16 locating holes arranged in a precise 50×50mm grid, the worktable adopts full 5-sided CNC precision machining and integral nitriding treatment to deliver excellent flatness, wear resistance and anti-spatter performance.

Compatible with a full range of D16 standard fixtures, it enables 3D multi-angle clamping for all kinds of metal workpieces, covering manual welding and automated robotic welding stations. Replacing custom single-purpose welding jigs, this high-precision welding table effectively reduces fixture manufacturing costs and greatly shortens product changeover time, becoming an essential core tool for modern metal fabrication workshops.

• Hole Diameter Tolerance: Φ16.065-Φ16.149 mm (clearance fit); ensures smooth pin insertion/removal without loose play.
• Grid Pattern: Standard 50×50 mm matrix with a tolerance of ±0.05 mm (diagonal, horizontal, and vertical); allows for full interchangeability of fixtures at any position.
• Hole Wall Hardness: HV450-630 (HRC43-48) after nitriding; provides resistance to arc burns and wear.

• Inner packaging: The tabletop is fully wrapped in a single sheet of waterproof PE film, with anti-rust paper inserted into the holes to prevent moisture damage and rusting during sea transport.
• Outer packaging: Fumigated solid wood export crate with a solid wood pallet base; suitable for direct forklift handling and compliant with customs export standards.
• Lifting: Standard lifting points are provided on the tabletop; use lifting straps for vertical lifting. Direct contact between steel cables and the nitrided tabletop surface is prohibited.
