Ultrasonic Cleaning Line Overview:

5-tank system (soak/ultrasound/rise1/rise2/dry) meets medical standards. 35kHz waves and 65℃ heating remove contaminants. Timer controls cycles, manual transfer ensures care. Drying tank with HEPA filter, ideal for scissors, forceps. Used in clinics, ensuring sterile tools.

Main equipment configuration:

This cleaning machine is a manual ultrasonic cleaner, featuring an 4-unit stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning and drying line. The operator sequentially places the workpieces in the cleaning basket to each process section, where they undergo a series of cleaning procedures. After the workpieces are removed, one cleaning cycle is completed. For more details, see the attached diagram and the following description.
