3-tank system (wash/rise/dry) with 40kHz waves cleans small metal parts. Manual transfer between tanks suits batch processing, 60℃ heating enhances degreasing. Final tank with hot air drying, ideal for screws, nuts, and small hardware. Removes oil and debris, boosting efficiency for hardware workshops.

Equipment use: used for cleaning and rinsing of precision hardware workpiece surface.

Equipment capacity: clean a basket every 3-5 minutes or so, the beat can be adjusted.
