The HS-6384MFG, a flagship 6-tank automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machine from Dongguan Hongshun Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., is engineered for precision cleaning of zinc-magnesium-aluminum machined parts. Its core configuration revolves around six functional tanks, each tailored to optimize the cleaning process. The 1# and 2# tanks serve as degassing rough cleaning tanks, crafted from SUS304 2mm plates, equipped with 28KHz 4800W three-sided ultrasonic transducers (plated with hard chrome for durability) and 400W variable-frequency oscillation motors. These tanks use a circulation filtration system with Nanfang explosion-proof self-priming pumps and 20-inch stainless steel filters (50μ/20μ precision) to remove impurities.
Safety is a top priority. The machine features multiple safeguards: emergency stop buttons for immediate shutdown, automatic high-temperature protection for heating systems, liquid level sensors for auto-refilling, and cooling water temperature control (with refrigeration in cleaning tanks to keep solvent below flash point). An automatic fire-extinguishing ball device is mounted on top, enabling real-time temperature detection and fire suppression.
With a total power consumption of approximately 140KW (3-phase 380V) and an average operating power of 75-80KW, the HS-6384MFG balances performance and energy efficiency. It supports 24/7 operation, with a noise level ≤90dB at 1.5 meters, making it suitable for industrial workshops. The machine’s frame, control cabinet, and outer panels come in off-white as standard, with custom color options available to match factory aesthetics.
