Introduction

The 4-axis swinging head engraving machine is an advanced CNC engraving equipment, which is specially used to carve and process materials with complex shapes and surfaces. Compared with the traditional three-axis engraving machine, the 4-axis engraving machine adds a rotating axis, often referred to as the "swing head" or "rotating axis", which allows the tool to perform engraving operations in more angles and directions.

★ Equipment system from shanghai Weihong company ,the equipment supports four-axis linkage(with RTCP function),the fourth axis swinging head can do 180°engraving,effectively solve the problem of stone curved surface and column cap side Angle engraving;

★ The X,Y,and Z transmission of the entire machine adopts 30/35 imported linear square rails,and the swing head adopts high-precision Qinchuan RV reducer,which has a large load-bearing capacity,smooth operation,and high machining accuracy;

★ The whole machine adopts thickened steel pipe welding,strong rigidity is not easy to deformation,Stainless steel surrounded the fuselage and table,the overall service life of the equipment is longer.
