NM450Q abrasion wear-resistant steel plate
It is possible to heat-treat steel to make it more resistant to wear. As a result of its high durability and low corrosiveness, it finds widespread application in acid and alkali-resistant or sweat-corrosion-wear-resistant machinery.
High wear resistance, consistent movement, high position precision, and wear resistance are only a few of the qualities that wear-resistant steel plate possesses. It's cold bendable, durable, and processive, and has a high tensile strength. Its wear resistance is 5–7 times that of regular carbon steel, unaffected by extreme temperature variations and alternating loads.
Wear-resistant steel plates can be broken down into a few different categories according to their material composition: wear-resistant plates, wear-resistant steel plates, wear-resistant steel plates, and other characteristics. The typical ranges for thickness and width are 3–120mm and 600–3000mm, respectively.
Conveyors, cement (cement crushing plate), coal (crusher blade, stirrer blade, and rake tooth), and so on all benefit from using wear-resistant steel plates. In addition, thermal power plants and valve part installations are examples of environments where wear-resistant steel plates can be put to good use.
