Technical Specifications
Manufactured using Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy through integral additive manufacturing (LPBF) process, this impeller achieves seamless integrated structure with linear velocity exceeding 650 m/s. Dynamic balance accuracy reaches G0.4 level, meeting strict ISO 13709 standards.
Advanced three-dimensional reactive aerodynamic flow design combined with Active Tip Clearance Control (ATGC) system and real-time laser sensing feedback from magnetic levitation bearings ensures stable single-stage pressure ratio control within 1.8-2.2 range, effectively avoiding surge boundaries.
