This ultra-precision three-flow channel impeller is engineered for stable continuous operation at a rated maximum speed of 60,000 rpm. Forged from high-strength titanium alloy, it delivers exceptional material toughness, low rotational inertia, and outstanding corrosion resistance tailored for the harshest operating scenarios.
The uniquely optimized three-flow channel structure is machined with ultra-high precision using five-axis linkage manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless fluid guidance, minimized flow loss, and near-perfect dynamic balance performance even under extreme high-speed rotation. This effectively suppresses vibration and noise while extending service life.
The titanium alloy base material and precision surface treatment endow the impeller with excellent long-term resistance to both hydrogen embrittlement in high-pressure hydrogen working conditions and salt erosion in seawater environments, eliminating the risk of material degradation, stress corrosion cracking, and performance failure that commonly plague ordinary metal impellers.
