Customized high-precision centrifugal impeller specifically engineered for demanding industrial applications including lithium battery electrolyte circulation, wet metallurgy, and smelting flue gas treatment. This advanced component delivers high-speed performance with exceptional corrosion resistance and non-stop operational reliability.

  • Geometric contour accuracy: ±0.02mm

  • Operational speed range: 30,000-45,000 rpm
  • Surface composite PVD TiAlN hard coating (0.3-0.5μm) with laser cladding NiCrBSi gradient transition layer
  • Corrosion rate: <0.03mm in multi-component corrosive media (HF, LiPF decomposition products, SO₂, Cl₂, H₂S)
  • Service life exceeding 15,000 hours
  • Active tip clearance control (ATGC) with magnetic levitation bearing millisecond-level laser feedback system
