Product Overview

This 11-spindle glass beveling machine is professionally built for glass bevel-edge grinding and polishing. It adopts timing-belt conveying system and front-guide-rail lifting structure, supporting the machining of small-size glass workpieces with a minimum dimension of 25×25 mm.

Product Advantages
  • PLC control supports fast parameter setting. The front-guide-rail lifting structure enables simple adjustments, especially for small-size glass, for quick production changeover.
  • High-precision performance: bevel angle tolerance ±0.15°, edge straightness ≤0.08 mm/m, surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm. It produces chip-free, uniform mirror-finish bevels even on tiny workpieces.
