1. Accurate heating and temperature control
The equipment is equipped with high-precision infrared sensors and dynamic algorithms, which can intelligently control the temperature of the furnace, abandoning the traditional waste mode of "higher than lower", ensuring uniform heating of the glass, effectively reducing optical deformation, ripple color difference, and furnace explosion phenomenon.
2. Efficient cooling and wind pressure system
The air cooling system of the tempered section directly determines the stress uniformity and flatness of the glass. The advanced tempering furnace adopts equal pressure tempering technology and customized formed air grilles to ensure consistent internal stress of tempered glass. For ultra-thin or special glass, some equipment adopts a dual fan through structure (combining high-pressure and low-pressure fans), which significantly improves the flatness of the glass while saving energy.
3. Processing compatibility and multifunctionality
Modern tempering furnaces have strong material compatibility, not only capable of processing ordinary white glass and ultra white glass, but also capable of high-quality tempering of online/offline Low-E glass, silk screen glass, embossed glass, and colored glass.
