Operation Principle
The high shear dispersing emulsifier efficiently distributes one phase into another consecutive phase through rapid rotor movement. This creates strong mechanical and liquid shearing forces in the narrow space between stator and rotor, resulting in instantaneous dispersion and emulsification. The system combines centrifugal force, liquid fraction, and mechanical impact to produce stable, high-quality products with particle sizes as fine as 2-2 microns.
