Automated Oil Sludge Separation System | 2854G Force | ZK SEPARATION​​

Engineered for oil and gas applications, the LWS650 transforms complex sludge into recoverable resources. Its high-G separation extracts oil with ≤5% residual water, while dewatered solids reach 40–60% dryness—enabling compliant disposal. The system cuts waste volume by >80%, reducing hauling expenses by 60%. Compact dimensions suit offshore platforms and land rigs with space constraints.ZK’s centrifuge balances performance with sustainability. The LWS650 processes 30m³/h of sludge with optimized power consumption. Recovered oil (≤5% water) lowers fresh fluid demand, and >80% waste volume reduction decreases transportation energy. Supports zero-discharge drilling mandates.

Can recover 80 ~ 90% of the oil.
The water content of the oil phase after separation is ≤3 ~ 5%.
The dryness of the separated residue phase is 40~60%, and the total volume is more than 80% less than before separation.
