Tailor the LWY650 to unique well conditions: Options include ​​hardened ceramic liners​​ for high-silica formations, ​​nitrogen-inertized seals​​ for sour fields, or ​​high-torque gears​​ for arctic-grade viscous slurries. ​​BD board technology​​ reduces cake moisture by 10% in polymer-flocculated wastes. ZK engineers optimize ​​differential speed (2-31rpm adjustable)​​ and ​​weir baffle height​​ via onsite testing – ensuring peak efficiency in HPHT wells or deepwater operations.
