ZK’s integrated ​​PLC control system​​ automates centrifugal separation, monitoring torque, G-force, and differential speed in real-time. The ​​3500G force extracts maximum free liquid​​ from drilling solids, reducing disposal volumes by >30%. ​​Variable frequency drives​​ adjust bowl speed for OBM/WBM switching, minimizing operator intervention. With ​​quick-disassembly chambers​​ (30-minute maintenance cycles) and ​​OEM-replaceable wear parts​​, downtime is slashed by 50% versus conventional models.
