The ZK ethanol decanter centrifuge maximizes DDGS value in alcohol production with industry-leading engineering. Its drum features a 10-20% longer dehydration length versus standard centrifuges, enhancing solid-liquid separation efficiency. Constructed from hygienic, wear-resistant materials, it withstands corrosive DDGS slurries from diverse raw materials. The high-performance differential ensures stable long-term operation, while automatic cleaning simplifies maintenance. Customizable models (LWY250 to LWY650) support capacities from 1 to 30 m³/h.

Features

Drum dehydration length is 10~20% longer than ordinary centrifuge.
The high-performance differential ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Add a solid particle capture plate to improve the clarity of the supernatant after centrifugation.
Up to 3000G centrifugal force and 30~50% higher screw pushing torque than ordinary centrifuges.
Selecting wear-resistant materials to address the corrosiveness of DDGS slurry generated from various raw materials and different processes.
