Desktop DIP Tin Soldering Machine HXT-ZD4530T Semi Automatic Spray Soldering with Selective Plug-in Component Wave Solder Machine for DIP Production Line
Product Overview
The bench-top immersion welder is an automated machine for electronic component soldering multi-pin components quickly by immersing the PCB board in a molten solder bath. It is suitable for small and medium-sized batch production, maintenance and laboratory scenarios. It has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency and good solder joint consistency.
Key features
High efficiency welding
Multi-spot welding can be completed at one time, greatly improving production efficiency.
Tin Bath temperature can be adjusted (normal range: 200 °C ~ 450 °C) , suitable for different solder materials (such as lead-free/leaded tin) .
Precise temperature control
PID intelligent temperature control system, small temperature fluctuation (± 1 °C) , to ensure stable welding quality.
Safety design
Anti-scald housing, emergency power switch, anti-dry burn protection function.
Tin Bath anti-oxidation design (optional nitrogen protection or anti-oxidation oil) .
Ease of use
Table structure, small footprint, suitable for table use.
Adjustable immersion welding time (0.1 ~ 10 seconds) , adapt to different process requirements.
Wide applicability
Support all kinds of PCB (single-sided panel, double-sided panel) and through-hole cartridge components.
