Reactive Two-component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating Specially For Basement
Product Advantages
- High strength & elasticity: High tensile strength and excellent elongation‑at‑break, bridges micro‑cracks and accommodates structural settlement and thermal deformation.
- Dense seamless film by chemical reaction: Cured via two‑component chemical reaction to form integrated rubber‑like film without lap joints, great water‑pressure resistance.
- Excellent adhesion: Firm bonding to dry concrete and cement mortar substrates, resists blistering and delamination.
- Superior chemical & anti‑corrosion performance: Resists long‑term water immersion, acid, alkali and salt corrosion, stable for water tanks and sewage‑related projects.
- Good low‑temperature flexibility: Maintains elasticity under low temperature, anti‑brittle for cold‑climate projects.
- Perfect coverage for complex details: Liquid applied to fully wrap irregular areas such as pipe roots, corners and floor drains for reinforced waterproofing.
- Safe cold‑applied construction: Trowel or brush at ambient temperature without open‑flame. Controllable curing speed after mixing, suitable for large‑scale projects.
- Stable physical property: Mildew‑proof and high impermeability, long service life for enclosed underground conditions.
- Wide engineering compatibility: Applicable for basement, kitchen‑bath, water‑retaining structures, tunnels and utility tunnels, meets multi‑grade waterproof design requirements.

Construction Procedure
- Substrate preparation: Substrate shall be solid and dry. Remove dust, laitance, oil and loose particles. Repair cracks and holes in advance. Interface treatment is required for damp substrates; standing‑water surface is not allowed.
- Detail reinforcement: Pre‑apply 1‑2 coats as extra reinforcement layer on corners, pipe roots, floor drains and construction joints.
- Ratio & mixing: Weigh component A and B strictly according to weight ratio. Electrically stir for 3‑5 minutes until uniform color without particles. Use mixed material within pot‑life; discard over‑cured mixture.
- Multi‑coat application: Apply thin coats by trowel or brush. Apply next coat only after previous coat dries. Cross‑direction brushing to achieve designed total thickness.
- Curing: Natural curing. Avoid rain, ponding and mechanical damage during curing period.
- Protective layer: Apply mortar protective layer after full curing and inspection. Not UV‑resistant, direct exposure is forbidden.
