No-mixing One-component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating For Bathroom
Advantages for Bathroom
- Ready‑to‑use & easy application: One‑component without on‑site mixing, prevent waterproof failure caused by wrong proportioning, convenient for small‑space bathroom construction.
- Seamless rubber‑like film by moisture curing: Liquid‑formed coating fully covers high‑leakage positions such as corners, pipe roots and floor drains without lap joints, reduces leakage risks.
- High elasticity against deformation: High tensile strength and excellent elongation, resists slight floor settlement and thermal expansion & contraction to avoid waterproof layer cracking.
- Strong adhesion: Firm bonding to cement‑mortar substrate, resistant to hollowing, blistering and delamination.
- Long‑term water immersion resistance: Dense impermeable film, stable for long‑time soaking in shower area.
- Moisture & corrosion resistance: Adapt to hot‑humid bathroom environment, resist sewage corrosion and mildew growth.
- Convenient detail reinforcement: Extra‑thick coating around pipe roots and floor drains to strengthen weak waterproof areas.
- High mechanical strength after curing: Hard to be damaged during tile installation.

Application Method for Bathroom
- Substrate preparation: Keep floor and wall solid and flat. Remove dust, oil and loose mortar. Repair holes and cracks. Keep substrate dry, standing water is forbidden.
- Detail reinforcement: Apply 1‑2 coats as extra reinforcement layer for pipe roots, floor drains and corners, width ≥250mm per side. Start main construction after drying.
- Material stirring: Stir thoroughly after opening bucket. No proportioning required. Do not dilute with water. Seal bucket timely to avoid premature moisture‑curing.
- Multi‑layer trowel application: Apply thin coats repeatedly. Single heavy coat is prohibited. Apply next coat after previous coat dries, cross‑direction brushing. Total film thickness for floor ≥1.5mm; shower wall height ≥1.8m, other walls ≥300mm.
- Curing: Full natural curing. No water contact or treading during curing period.
- Water‑storage test: Perform 24‑48‑hour water‑storage test after full curing. Pass if no leakage downstairs.
- Protective layer & tile laying: Apply cement‑mortar protective layer after test acceptance, then lay ceramic tiles.
