Overview:
PTFE skived sheets are produced through a skiving process. They demonstrate excellent chemical corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, weather resistance, wear resistance, and electrical insulation. Under no-load conditions, they can operate stably within the temperature range of -180°C to +260°C.
These sheets can be processed into gaskets and lubricating materials for various media, as well as electrical insulating components, capacitor dielectrics, electrical instrument insulators, and wire insulators used at different frequencies. They can be modified according to customers' actual working conditions to enhance overall performance and can be customized and cut into various sizes as per customer requirements. Our company's high-strength, wide-width PTFE skived sheets have been granted a national patent, with a maximum width of up to 2.7 meters. The thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 8.0mm, and the width is up to 2700mm.
Key Features:
Applications:
PTFE skived sheets are widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, electronics, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. They are suitable for applications requiring high chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and non-stick properties, including pipeline anti-corrosion linings, wire and cable insulation, and anti-stick components in food processing equipment.
Quality Assurance:
Our PTFE skived sheets undergo rigorous quality control procedures. Each batch is inspected and tested for physical properties, chemical resistance, and dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with high-quality standards. We are committed to providing customers with reliable and high-performance PTFE skived sheet products.
