Overview:
PTFE tubes can be manufactured via three distinct processes. Tubes with an outer diameter of 0.5mm - 25mm and a wall thickness of 0.1mm - 2.5mm are produced by pushing imported PTFE dispersion resin paste. Tubes with an outer diameter of 25mm - 250mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm - 8.0mm are made by extruding PTFE suspension resin using a plunger. Tubes with an outer diameter of 25mm - 2000mm and a wall thickness of 0.15mm - 500mm are processed through molding. PTFE tubes exhibit excellent chemical corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, wear resistance, and electrical insulation. Under no-load conditions, they can operate stably within the temperature range of -180°C to +260°C.
Key Features:

Applications:
PTFE tubes find wide applications in industries such as chemical engineering, electronics, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. They are suitable for manufacturing parts that require high chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and non-stick properties, such as anti-corrosion linings in pipelines, insulating sleeves for wires and cables, and anti-stick components in food processing equipment.
Quality Assurance:
Our PTFE tubes undergo stringent quality control procedures. Each batch of tubes is inspected and tested in terms of physical properties, chemical resistance, and dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with high-quality standards. We are dedicated to providing customers with reliable and high-performance PTFE tube products.
