Overview:
PTFE molded sheets are manufactured through a molding process. They exhibit exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion, possess non-stick characteristics, offer good weatherability, demonstrate wear resistance, and provide excellent electrical insulation. Under no-load conditions, these sheets can operate stably within the temperature range of -180°C to +260°C.
These sheets can be fabricated into a variety of sealing elements, linings, partitions, scraper guides, bridge blocks, and electrical insulating parts. They can be tailored according to the actual working conditions of customers to improve overall performance. Additionally, they can be customized and cut into different sizes based on customer requirements. The thickness of our PTFE molded sheets ranges from 2mm to 100mm, and the product of length and width (Length × Width) is up to 2000mm.
2mm ≥ Thickness ≤ 100mm
600mm ≤ Length×Width (mm²) ≤ 2000
Key Features:
Applications:
PTFE molded sheets are widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, electronics, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. They are ideal for applications that require high chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and non-stick properties. Typical applications include pipeline anti-corrosion linings, wire and cable insulation, and anti-stick components in food processing equipment.
Quality Assurance:
Our PTFE molded sheets undergo stringent quality control procedures. Each batch is thoroughly inspected and tested for physical properties, chemical resistance, and dimensional accuracy to ensure compliance with high-quality standards. We are dedicated to providing customers with reliable and high-performance PTFE molded sheet products.
