JK850 Hydraulic Rotary Water Well Drilling Rig

The JK850 is a heavy-duty rotary drilling rig designed for water well construction, geothermal drilling, and deep borehole engineering. Built around an 850mm through-hole rotary table, it handles drilling diameters from 105mm to 600mm with a rated depth of 850 meters.

Power Configuration

The rig can run on either a 110KW Y315S-4 electric motor or a 1513BZLD diesel engine, depending on site power availability. Both options drive the rotary table through a four-speed gearbox delivering 40, 80, 160, and 320 r/min in forward and reverse.

Hoisting System

Main hoist provides 80KN single-rope pull, auxiliary hoist delivers 50KN. The 47-meter mast clears 6-meter drill pipes with room for tool handling. Feed stroke is 4.5 meters.
