The ULN2003 is a monolithic integrated high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It contains seven independent Darlington driver circuits, each with a free-wheeling clamp diode. This circuit is designed for driving inductive loads such as relays, stepper motors, and is suitable for applications like relay driving, lighting driving, display driving (LED), stepper motor driving, and logic buffering. Each Darlington pair includes a series base resistor, allowing direct connection to TTL/CMOS logic circuits with a 5V operating voltage.
