The TD62783A is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current 8-channel Darlington transistor array designed for driving inductive loads. Each channel features an NPN Darlington pair with common-anode clamp diodes, capable of handling up to -500 mA (source) output current per output and a 50V output voltage. The input is compatible with various logic types, and the output pins are placed opposite to the input pins for simplified board layout. The Darlington pairs can be paralleled for increased current capability, making it suitable for applications like relay drivers, stepper and DC brushed motor drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers, and logic buffers.
