The ULN2003A and ULN2004A are monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. Each array consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs designed for switching inductive loads with common-cathode clamp diodes. They offer a 500 mA rated collector current per output and are compatible with various logic types, making them suitable for relay drivers, motor drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers, line drivers, and logic buffers. The input pins are positioned opposite the output pins for simplified PCB layout.
