UMW ULN2803 Darlington Array Driver IC

The UMW ULN2803 is an 8-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington driver IC. It features 8 NPN Darlington pairs with a common emitter and open-collector outputs. Each pair includes a 2.7K resistor, making it compatible with TTL and 5V CMOS logic without requiring a logic buffer. The ULN2803 offers a high sink current of up to 500mA, a withstand voltage of 50V, and is suitable for driving high-load current applications. It is designed to interface with various loads, including magnet valves, DC brushless motors, relays, DC lamps, and step motors.
